South Florida's Creative Source  ·  Est. 1975

Half a Century
of Showtime

Fifty years, one yard in Princeton, Florida, and a simple idea: if the show matters, everything behind it should come from people who've done it before.

The Story

Built Show
by Show

’75Princeton, Florida — then, now, always

Reflections Productions started in 1975 as a South Florida production shop — lighting, sound and staging for whoever had a show that needed doing right. The company earned its tagline, “South Florida's Creative Source,” the slow way: one city celebration, one festival, one touring act at a time.

As the shows grew, so did the shop. Stage rentals became their own operation — Mobile Stages Miami — and the arrival of the APEX hydraulic stage line turned a staging company into a fleet operator. Today those names are a family of brands consolidated under one roof: same yard, same crew, same phone number.

Fifty years in, the company is still family-run from Princeton, Florida. Three generations of South Florida audiences have watched their favorite nights happen on our decks. We plan on a fourth.

The Yard

Everything on this site lives in one place: a working yard in Princeton, Florida, south of Miami, where the stages, trucks and inventory stage out to shows across the state and up the coast.

The logistics operation is its own department — CDL drivers and trucking, MultiQuip diesel generators from 25 to 125 kW with festival power distribution, the secure “MyPad” control-room motorhome, FOH trailers, Bil Jax event scaffolding, French barricades, cable ramps, and event credentialing down to custom photo ID badges, security shirts and uniforms.

If the show needs it, it's probably already on a truck. See published rates

How We Work

What Fifty Years
Teaches You

Safety First

Certified rigging, engineered structures, code-compliant decks and barrier plans the fire marshal signs off on. The show is only good if everyone goes home.

One Partner

Stage, audio, lighting, video, barriers, backline, crew and trucking from one yard. One contract, one point of contact, no finger-pointing between vendors.

Show-Ready Speed

Hydraulic stages that deploy in hours, inventory that lives on trucks, and crews that have done the load-in a thousand times. Your schedule holds.

People Who've Done It

Master riggers, A1s, LDs and TDs with decades on the road. Experience is the one piece of gear you can't rent anywhere else.

The Fleet Today

Eight Stages
Deep

From the 20-by-16 community deck to the 50-by-40 flagship — plus the patented Captain's VIP Deck and the APEX 4232 arriving for the 2026 season.

The Princeton yard runs eight APEX hydraulic mobile stages alongside the inventory that fills them: 48 boxes of JBL VTX V25-II line array, 204 panels of Absen X5 LED wall, an intelligent lighting rig with GrandMA2 control, MOJO barricade, generators from 25 to 125 kW and the trucks that move all of it.
